The Guy I’m “Seeing”
At the time of writing I’m 22 years of age. I’m young, but I have an immense amount of knowledge in an enormous field of subjects.
I grew up as the weirdo; the guy with the camera; the guy that has never had a drink of alcohol. I had/have lots of friends in different “groups”. I’m unique. I’m changing the world.
Enough about that.
People make relationships far too confusing. Phrases like “I’m seeing this guy”, “I hooked up with him … no we’re not going out”, and “We’re not exclusive” are said by a lot of my girl friends.
I guess I’m still do things the way it was in high school. You have a crush on someone. You somehow make it known. If that someone feels the same, you go out; become boyfriend and girlfriend.
I’ve seen TV shows; I know people go on dates to get to know each other. I’ve never done this. I don’t think my mind/life works that way. I also don’t associate dates, ’seeing someone’, and open relationships with sex.
Note: I’m a kid, okay? Sleeping with someone means sleeping with someone. Having sex with someone means having sex with someone. If you don’t want to use the word “sex”, then pick a code word that isn’t a common activity done by humans.
Again, I see relationships as single, boyfriend/girlfriend, engaged, or married. See here to discover my thoughts on those last two. If you’re in the middle, I get confused, then I realise you’re probably just in it for a ‘[sex] buddy’. Comment if I’m wrong.
As for Valentine’s Day, I hope you enjoyed spending your hard earned money on something expensive like chocolates in a heart-shaped box. I didn’t spend a dime on my loved ones. I just made sure they know I love them.
