Kevin Rose announces iPhone Copy + Paste

Kevin Rose annouced that Copy + Paste functionality will be available in iPhone OS 3.0 - to be released on March 17th, 2009.

iPhone Software 3.0 will also have all the features that the Palm Pre has that made it more attractive than the iPhone.

This was announced on Diggnation #194 recorded LIVE at Stubbs in Austin, Texas, during SxSW Interactive 2009.

    You would think with all the technology, they could at least have a good video capture mode and texting pictures! CRap, even my cheap Motorola did that!
  • Yeah, there's a lot of functions most other mobile phones can do, but the iPhone doesn't. I'm not sure why they don't just shove everything in at once to make it the ultimate device; probably something to do with approvals, contracts, laws, etc.

    dude.....is there a reason you have to use the fowl language? At least put a disclaimer....was looking to find some insight as to the new features and began listening with my 6 year old son sitting next to me and "f" bombs.....please.....enough.....couldn't even finish watching it......don't even know if I'll visit anymore......
