Tonight, I’m going to be streaming live video from Sydney Harbour via my Ustream account.

There is a chance that I won’t be able to stream due to a flooded 3G network at that particular time of night.
(I remember many years ago when everyone would send SMS messages wishing people a happy new year. Back then even something as trivial as that would choke the mobile phone networks. Hopefully the networks will be able to handle several thousand people making calls and streaming video this time.

In lieu of no live video, I’ll be taking photos, panoramas, and videos on my various devices while I’m there, and I’ll have all the content online before it’s new years in your part of the world.
