		<description>Ohhhh! Gosh! I guess it makes sense now; they&#039;re still catering for people with 4:3 televisions.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;That&#039;s nice and all (as I mentioned we&#039;ve only had our 16:9 TV for a year), but surely technology is advanced enough to know if the content is being displayed on a 16:9 or 4:3 television, and the digital set top box would switch accordingly.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also, in general, if someone can afford Foxtel, then they can probably afford an HDTV.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m going to have to write a followup post on this issue. The AP is 14x9 reason because it&#039;s a compromise between 4X9 and 16:9. So when viewers with a 4:9 tv too much isn&#039;t cropped off.
